- This means that the moment an item is setup in your Back Office it can be assigned a picture and comment, then sent to the site.
- You will not have to go on to the site to download the graphic again, the Back Office takes care of all the integration.
- This means that there is only one piece of software to learn, one database to maintain, saving you a lot of time and headaches!

Flyer Items Featured

- The eCommerce Template allows you to show the same Special Pricing Event (Flyer) that you have setup in the Back Office.
- The 'Hot Deals' on the site will be effective for the same date range that you give to your Instore Flyer.
- For any item, the customer can bring up a larger screen showing a detailed picture of the item with Inventory reference information.

Automatic 'Out of Stock' status
|
|
- You can set a target to which items on the site will display an 'Out of Stock' icon once a certain stock on hand level is reached.
- The site will always display the Stock On Hand to the customer as your actual stock, less the quantity you have specified.
- Once the target is met, the item can no longer be purchased from the site until you receive more of the same.
- This system prevents the store from being run out of stock by your Internet customers, but allows the Internet customer to see that you do normally supply the product.
- You can of course turn this system off if you have time to re-order the product once your on line customers order it.

Integrated Credit Card Payments
|
|
- Customers will setup their Name and Billing/Shipping address prior to payment.
- Once they have completed filling the 'Shopping Cart', they can proceed to the payments page.
- This Page allows for payment via a Credit Card, or optionally, Cash On Delivery.
- Customer charge card numbers are hashed before entry into the database.
- The online database is protected from casual browsing from unathorized agents, keeping your customer's privacy and your sales data known only to you.
- Once the Purchase has been shipped using the integrated Management module, charge card numbers are deleted from the database, leaving only the record of the payment.
- The Back Office database is updated only when a Sale is completed, shipped and closed using the site Mangement module.

Customer Accounts Self Managed
|
|
- Start your own Discount Club program.
- You define what discount the Club Customers customer is awarded initially.
- As with your POS Lanes, not all items need be allowed a discountable status.
- Customers can self manage their Club account information, passwords and favourite items list.
- The Discount Club enables you to collect eMail addresses from your customers (with their approval) so that further goods and service can be marketed to them.

Configurable Privacy Policy

- Maintaining customer privacy is a very important part of doing business on the Internet.
- There are many safeguards built into this template to ensure that data cannot be read by anybody but you.
- Your privacy policies are defined by you and are clearly posted on your eCommerce site for your customers to review.
- An initial privacy statement is provided by the starter kit but it would be up to you to review/edit the policy before site roll-out.

Configurable 'Contact Us' form
|
|
- The Information on the 'Contact Us' screen is configured in the Back Office Software.
- It allows for anonymous feedback as well as feedback from customers who wish to be known.
- The 'Contact Us' screen is designed so that you may obtain feedback about your site's operability, look and performance.
- If a problem ordering an item occurs, or there is a Credit Card authorization problem, the messages are automatically shown on the 'Contact Us' screen if your customer navigates to it.

Customer eMail Notification
|
|
- If a payment is approved at the completion of a sale, then the customer is notified by eMail with the approval code and sales details.
- A copy of the order also gets sent to the Store eMail designated in the Back Office setup.
- The customer can also view and print an immediate copy of the confirmation directly from the web site.
- Once you have been emailed a copy of the order, you can then go back to the web site and use the management module to arrange shipping etc.
- If you have to refund the customer's money due to short stock or other problems then the management module enables you to do this.
- Customers are again notified by email upon the completion of shipping and/or if any refunds have to be made to their Charge Card.
- Local Delivery COD orders allow for additional instructions and order review prior to delivery.

Site Shipping and Refund Management
|
|
- Once you have been notified by eMail of a new order, you can go to the secure Management module on your site.
- This module includes security that ensures your Back Office is the only one that can use the site.
- Each screen in the Management module has a help button describing the operations in detail.
Once inside the Management Module, you can;
- Ship Orders.
- Void Orders.
- Return full or partial payments on an Invoice.
- Make refund payments on goods returned.
- Close Shipped sales so that the Inventory levels and Financial reports on the Back Office are updated.

Customer 'Favourites' List
|
|
- As your customers buy your products, their 'Favourites' list is updated.
- They can also choose to add items to the list without buying them.
- They can make purchases from their list at any time.
- Items can also be deleted from the list at any time.
- The customer's list is only available when customers log into the site after having explicitely stated that they want to join the Discount Club.
