Weight Scale & a hand held scanner can be used for inventory counts for real time of blind inventory reporting.

Why Pour Controls:
A National Restaurant Association study suggests that, inventory shrinkage due to theft & poor pouring practices have lead to inventory losses ranging from 8% to 30% and averaging around 23%.
